SYCLING - An indoor 45 minute cycling experience in our studio choreographed by our instructors.
We offer 3 different types of classes
Sweat Ride -A high energy fat burning, cardio training class which focuses primarily on flat sprints.
Sweat Hill - An interval training, heart pumping ride with climbs, sprints and hills.
Sweat Mountain- A sweat drenching mountainous climb for the experienced rider.
ABS - A 30 minute class focusing on toning and tightening your abs.
Absolution will solely concentrate on stomach exercises.
Abs & Glutes emphasizes on both your stomach and glutes.
